This building was built in the 1500’s.

It has previously been a Blacksmith’s, Coaching Inn and a Funeral Parlour.

It was previously called Fagins.

The building backs onto the old Roman wall.

There are at least two main ghost sightings plus several who are seen only for a short time.

AREA NOTES EVIDENCE
11pm
Front Bedroom

We got a few cold spots and light anomalies. We left a trigger object here but nothing happened.

 
12pm
We split up into three groups, one stayed in bedroom, one group in living room and one group in the bar downstairs.  
1am

Nothing out of the normal was happening so we all relocated in the bar.

 
1.30am
We started table tilting. Nothing happened so we decieded to conduct a sceance.  
2am
A sceance was started in the bar and we contacted a spirit who claimed to be a previous landlady from the 1930’s.We were unable to get any information regarding her but we did get some personnel information regarding two members of the team.  
2.30am

We closed the sceance and continued to ask out for the remainder of the night.

CONCLUSION: Although this locations did start off hopefull with its documented floating appariton and its location we were dissappointed with the outcome.
